How to pay
Pay your order by bank transfer. Bank details are given only on your proforma invoice, never on this website.
Bank transfer (T/T)
For deposits and balances. Send the full invoice amount in the invoice currency and quote the reference we give you.
Several currencies
We can receive USD, EUR, GBP, CNY and other currencies. Tell us which suits you when you request your quote.
Pay by card (Visa and Mastercard)
For deposits, balances and samples we send you a secure payment link for your invoice. You pay on our payment provider’s page, not on this website, so we never see your card details. We never ask for card details by email, chat or phone.
Pay only links we send you for your own invoice. If you are unsure, ask us to confirm the link.
Before you pay
- Our bank details never change by email or chat. If anyone asks you to pay to a different account, do not pay. Call us first.
- Pay the full invoice amount. If your bank offers it, choose to pay all bank charges (OUR).
- Production starts after your deposit is confirmed in our bank account, and goods are released after the balance is confirmed.

What products can you source?
Electronics, mobile accessories, home essentials, textiles and other dry goods. If it is made in China, send us the brief and we will tell you honestly whether we can source it.
How do you guarantee quality?
We verify each supplier, audit the factory where needed and inspect the goods before shipment. You receive an inspection report with photos before we release the cargo.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer to the account on your proforma invoice. For samples and small amounts we can send a secure payment link.
Is my payment safe?
Bank details are only on your proforma invoice and never change by email or chat. If in doubt, call us before paying.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
Air freight for speed, sea freight (FCL and LCL) for cost-effective bulk, and rail freight as a balanced option for Europe.
How are shipping costs calculated?
By weight, volume, destination and method. You get an itemised quote with no hidden fees before you confirm.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. We prepare the documents and manage duties and import taxes so the shipment clears without delay.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Every shipment has a tracking number and status updates from dispatch to delivery.

Nothing on this website is a binding offer. An order starts when you accept our written quote or proforma invoice, and its terms apply to that order.
Quotes are valid for the period written on them. After that, prices, lead times and freight can change. Product images and specifications on this website are examples only.
You are responsible for the import rules, licences and certificates that apply in your country. We help to collect documents from factories, but we do not give legal advice.
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by factories, carriers, customs or events outside our control. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
The text, design and translations of this website belong to KhanTrades. They may not be copied, or used to train AI systems, without our written permission.
Payments, deposits and refunds
We normally ask for a deposit of 30% of the product value when you accept the proforma invoice, and the balance before the goods ship. The exact amounts and dates are on your invoice.
We place your order with the factory after the deposit is confirmed in our bank account. Until then you can cancel, and we refund your payment.
After we place the order, the factory starts production for you. A refund then depends on what the factory returns to us, and we tell you before you decide. If the goods do not match the agreed specification, we show you the inspection report and agree the remedy with you and the factory: repair, replacement or a price reduction.
You can pay by bank transfer, or by Visa or Mastercard through a secure payment link that we send you. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, so we never see or store your card details. A card fee may apply, and we tell you before you pay.
Stay safe: we never ask for card details by email, chat or phone. Our bank details appear only on your proforma invoice and never change by email. If anyone asks you to pay to a different account, do not pay and call us first.
Privacy
We collect the details you give us in forms, emails and chat: name, company, email, phone, address, product requests and, for suppliers, company documents.
We use them to answer you, prepare quotes, process orders, inspect, ship, and meet legal and tax duties. If you agree, we may also send you news about products that fit your business. Reply STOP at any time to end this.
This website has no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores only your language choice in your browser. The forms on this website prepare an email or a file that you send yourself.
We share data only with people who need it to deliver your order, such as factories, carriers, customs agents and our payment provider, and where the law requires.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when the page opens.
We keep records as long as needed for your order and for accounting law. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing, by writing to info@khantrades.com.
